Pickup Notification
Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before arriving for pickup. Pickup instructions, including the available location and timeframe, will be provided directly to you.
Verification
Customers may be asked to provide their name, order number, or order confirmation when collecting an order.
Inspecting Your Order
We encourage customers to inspect their order at pickup when reasonably possible. If an item is missing, incorrect, or damaged when provided to you, please notify us as soon as possible.
After Pickup
The Plaster Hive is not responsible for damage caused by dropping, improper storage, mishandling, transportation, or other events occurring after the customer has received the order, except where otherwise required by law. Remember that plaster is fragile and should be transported carefully.
