Quotes
Pricing for custom and bulk orders depends on the quantity, plaster designs, paints, packaging, customization, delivery, and other requested services. Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote. Receiving a quote does not reserve inventory, production time, or an event date.
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit may be required for custom or bulk orders. Before payment, customers will be informed of the deposit amount and applicable payment terms. Once materials have been purchased or production has begun specifically for your order, deposits and other payments may become non-refundable, subject to applicable law.
Final Payment
Any remaining balance must be paid by the deadline provided on your invoice or order confirmation. Products may not be shipped, delivered, released, or provided for an event until required payment has been received.
Changes
Changes to quantity, designs, paint selections, packaging, or other order details should be submitted as early as possible. Changes requested after production begins may not be possible and may result in additional charges. Any additional charges will be communicated before the requested change is completed.
Handmade Products
Our plaster pieces are handmade, and slight variations between individual pieces are normal.
Cancellations
Cancellation eligibility will depend on the status of the order and whether materials have been purchased or production has begun. Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies provided under applicable law.
