Because The Plaster Hive products are handmade and orders may begin being prepared shortly after purchase, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation.
Standard Orders
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests received before preparation or packaging has begun. Once an order has entered production or preparation, we generally cannot accommodate a voluntary cancellation. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled as an unshipped order.
Custom, Personalized & Bulk Orders
Custom, personalized, party, event, and bulk orders may require materials to be purchased or products to be produced specifically for the customer. Deposits and payments may become non-refundable once materials have been purchased or production has begun, subject to the terms provided when the order is placed and applicable law.
Shipping Delays
Nothing in this Cancellation Policy limits your right to cancel an order when cancellation or a refund is required by applicable law, including applicable federal requirements relating to delayed shipment.
